Nongshim will participate in SIAL Paris 2026, one of the world's top three food expos, where it will debut 'Shin Ramyeon Rose' in the European market. The company plans to operate cooking booths both inside and outside the exhibition hall, as well as a pop-up store along the Seine River that recreates the 'Han River Ramyeon' culture, targeting European consumers and global buyers simultaneously.

Nongshim announced on September 29 that it will take part in SIAL Paris 2026, which will be held from October 17 to 21 at the Paris Nord Villepinte. SIAL Paris is recognized as one of the world's leading food exhibitions, alongside Germany's Anuga and Japan's Foodex, and is expected to attract over 280,000 global food industry professionals and consumers this year. More than 110 companies from South Korea will participate.

At the expo, Nongshim will promote its global slogan 'Spicy Happiness In Noodles' while focusing on marketing 'Shin Ramyeon Rose,' which will be unveiled for the first time in Europe at the Korean Food Industry Association's leading company pavilion in Hall 6. A large model of the 'Shin Ramyeon Rose' product will be displayed on the exterior of the booth, and an internal tasting area will allow local consumers and buyers to experience the product firsthand. Additionally, the booth will showcase key noodle products, including Shin Ramyeon, Shin Ramyeon Kimchi Fried Noodles, Chapagetti, Neoguri, and Sun Ramyeon, along with the health functional food brand 'Lifull' for export consultations.

For the first time in the history of the expo, an outdoor plaza in front of Hall 4A will feature an on-site cooking booth for 'Shin Ramyeon Tumba.' Moving away from the traditional method of distributing pre-packaged drinks or snacks, Nongshim will set up a cooking station to prepare 'Shin Ramyeon Tumba' on-site, encouraging visitors to head to the indoor booth.

Outside the exhibition hall, Nongshim will promote noodle culture in downtown Paris. From October 16 to 18, a pop-up store themed 'From Han River to Seine River' will operate near the Bir-Hakeim Bridge, featuring 'Shin Ramyeon Snacks.'

The pop-up store will replicate the unique Korean 'Han River Ramyeon' cooking method. Visitors will have the opportunity to customize their own Shin Ramyeon with toppings from various French regions, including Normandy, Alsace, and Provence. A photo zone will also be set up for guests to take commemorative pictures against the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower.

Nongshim CEO Cho Yong-cheol is expected to be present at the event to oversee global marketing efforts.

Cho stated, 'Shin Ramyeon has grown into a representative ramen brand that introduces Korean flavors and food culture to the world. At SIAL Paris 2026, we aim to expand consumer touchpoints both inside and outside the exhibition hall, as well as along the Seine River, to showcase a new experience unique to Shin Ramyeon and enhance our global presence.'
