APR announced on October 15 that it has begun supplying MediCube skin boosters in Latin America. On October 20, the company will host a pre-launch event in Santiago, Chile, inviting around 300 local clinic representatives, medical professionals, and influencers for an official distributor certification ceremony. The official launch in Chile is scheduled for next month.

The products being supplied are 'AGE-R' and 'AGE-R PLUS G.' Both products are developed using poly-nucleotides (PN) derived from salmon DNA. AGE-R is a transparent adhesive wound dressing applied to the skin, while AGE-R PLUS G is a biocompatible material injected directly into the tissue for restoration. The company plans to respond to local demand with these products, which have different classifications and usage methods.

To produce the skin boosters, APR established a specialized PN production facility, APR Factory Campus 3, in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, and began full-scale production in July.

AGE-R and AGE-R PLUS G have received Class II medical device certification and Class IV medical device approval for export from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Based on this, APR supplied some quantities overseas in the first half of the year and plans to gradually expand its supply chain to major neighboring countries following the launch in Chile.

The company is also working to expand the supply of skin boosters in Japan and the Middle East. Domestically, it is preparing for product development and regulatory approval processes for a future launch.

An APR representative stated, 'Chile has a relatively high per capita income and advanced consumer trends within Latin America, making it a strategic base for entering the premium market in the region. We expect to expand our supply range to major neighboring countries starting from Chile and to strengthen our production capacity and product-specific regulatory approvals to gradually broaden our business scope in the global market.'

Meanwhile, market research firm NielsenIQ (NIQ) reported that searches for Korean cosmetics on social commerce increased by 125% in 2025 compared to the previous year, while sales of Korean brands through social media surged by 430%.
