The project received approval for the establishment of the Donam-dong Transit-Oriented Housing Association in April 2017. In 2023, a district unit plan was finalized for the construction of transit-oriented and public rental housing, with completion targeted for 2031.
The residential units will include 102 units of 50 square meters, 286 units of 59 square meters, 28 units of 70 square meters, and 158 units of 84 square meters, totaling 574 units. Among these, 410 units will be allocated for association members, 49 units for general sale, and 115 units for public rental. The complex is located near Gileum Station on Line 4.
