NC Soft is accelerating preparations for the launch of new titles developed in collaboration with external studios. Following the first demonstration of 'Astraea Oratio' at Japan's largest game show, the company is also expanding its publishing efforts with ongoing global tests for 'Limit Zero Breakers' and 'Time Takers.'

On September 28, NC Soft announced plans to introduce approximately 10 new titles by next year. The company aims to combine the development capabilities of external studios with its global service experience to present a variety of new genres.

The first title set for release is the role-playing game (RPG) 'Astraea Oratio.' The game was showcased at a dedicated booth during the Tokyo Game Show, which took place from September 17 to 20, attracting around 30,000 visitors.

'Astraea Oratio' is set in a fictional Tokyo, where players take on the role of a public servant in the 'Special District Office,' tasked with resolving incidents throughout the city. Game Director Lim Jong-kyu stated, “We wanted to adequately introduce users to the characters and the world before they enjoy the combat system.” At launch, the game will feature over 30 characters and around 10 playable groups.

Long-term service plans were also revealed. Director Lim encouraged players to follow the evolving story of 'Astraea Oratio,' stating, “With today’s first demonstration, we hope to grow Astraea Oratio like a serialized story.” Art Director Kim In also expressed a commitment to creating a title that will be loved for a long time.

'Limit Zero Breakers' is also preparing for release through global testing. NC Soft conducted its second test, the 'Frontier Test,' for global users from September 10 to 14, making improvements to the story, combat system, and art based on feedback from the previous test.

The time survival shooter 'Time Takers' held a playtest on Steam from September 5 to 8. NC Soft plans to enhance the quality of each new title through user feedback from these tests before launching them in the global market.
