The company is expanding its orders primarily in small-scale redevelopment and reconstruction projects. It has secured contracts for various projects, including the Gyeonggi Province Anyang Bisandong housing redevelopment project (50.3 billion won) in June, the Songpa District Pungnap-dong housing redevelopment project (54 billion won) in Seoul, and the Beomeocheon 1 District housing redevelopment project (250 billion won) in Busan.
With the addition of the Jayang 2 District redevelopment project, the total order amount for redevelopment projects this year has reached approximately 670 billion won.
Shindongah Construction is also expanding its own projects, having acquired land for a residential project in Jinjeop, Namyangju this month, diversifying its business portfolio centered on redevelopment and its own projects.
