SEOUL, October 27 (AJP) - HYBE is consolidating music distribution, marketing and artist support across its global operations under a single label services organization as the K-pop company expands its business beyond Korea.

HYBE Global Label Services will support artists across the company's operations in Korea, Japan, the United States, Latin America and other markets, handling functions including distribution, marketing and promotion.

Juan S. Arenas, previously chief intellectual property officer at HYBE America, has been appointed president of the organization. The appointment was first disclosed by Billboard on Oct. 16.

Arenas previously served as chief operating officer of HYBE Latin America and has overseen the development and international expansion of music properties across Latin American and U.S. markets.

HYBE also appointed Nicole Csabai, formerly senior vice president of revenue at Interscope Records, as senior vice president of global distribution.

Melissa Victor-Burkhardt, who previously worked at Epic Records, was named executive vice president of global artist services. She will oversee an artist-support unit focused on project management across HYBE's global roster.

The reorganization expands a label-services model HYBE began developing in the United States under its HYBE 2.0 strategy announced in 2024.

At the time, the company said it planned to use its U.S.-based label-services operation to support overseas expansion by artists from Korea, Japan and Latin America, while offering broader services to local artists and labels.

The latest restructuring places those functions under a broader global framework as HYBE continues to build regional music operations outside its home market.
