Jang Seung-hwa, Chair of the International Arbitration Center, opened the conference with a discussion on "International Arbitration as a Strategic Dispute Resolution Tool for Businesses." Following that, lawyer Baek Yoon-jae from Yulchon LLC shared insights on "Real Business Disputes and Practical Solutions: Case Studies of International Arbitration."

The session on "Practical Strategies for Contract Stages to Efficiently Resolve International Disputes" was led by Um Young-shin, a lawyer at the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board, who shared guidelines for preventing disputes. Finally, Jeong Ji-hoon, a research fellow at the Korea Overseas Construction Association, presented an analysis of the recent impacts of the Middle East situation and future promising sectors.

Yoo Beom-min, Deputy Head of the Export Plus Support Team, stated, "As geopolitical risks in the global contract environment increase, it is crucial for the public and private sectors to work as one team to manage crises.
